On hillside, tight-access and underground-heavy sites, the costly surprises are usually decided on paper. We review constructability, verify existing conditions and build early budgets with every assumption written down, and we can act as the owner's representative during construction. For disputes, Giulliano J. Prieto takes on construction expert witness engagements under a separate agreement.
